Client was a 52 year old woman who was walking on a sidewalk in front of a building in the Bronx, New York when she tripped and fell over a broken sidewalk. She sustained a fracture to her left wrist that required surgery.

The building had made previous repairs to the sidewalk and we argued that the repairs were made in a negligent way that made the condition of the sidewalk worse.
