Matthew is Stu’s son and has been working as an attorney for almost three years with the Firm’s Trial Counsel on Wall Street. During the three years on Wall Street, Matthew was promoted as a Team Leader supervising staff and was responsible for the handling of over two hundred cases.
Matthew received his undergraduate degree from University at Albany for the State University of New York, and afterwards attended Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2020. Matthew then entered the field of personal injury litigation which has been his focused practice area.
A graduate of the Fordham University School of Law, counsels both prospective litigants and actual disputants in the fields of business law, the leasing of both commercial and residential real estate and contracts.
Mr. Dietsch, a firm believer that an ounce of prevention is far better than a pound of cure provides counseling and representation in the drafting and negotiation of all business contracts, leases, business sales and formation as well as real estate purchases (both residential and commercial).
Mr. Dietsch also as experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
